Please read through the instructions below. Exchanged apparel cannot be washed or worn and must be free of odors. Items must be in a new condition and free of visible traces. How do I report a problem with my order and how can I request a return?
Please send an email to email@example.com including the following information:
Specify the subject (Return Request / Order not delivered / Other)
Write up the problem in as much detail as possible.
Don't forget to specify the corresponding order number and relevant item and item number.
Attach photos to illustrate the problem if applicable.
Our Customer Support Team will get in touch to assist you once the report has been submitted. Please note that a return label will be forwarded to you by email if you were sent the wrong item and/or size or if the item has a quality problem.
How do I return an item for exchange?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org first before returning items to us. When sending the parcel, please include the following details:
Subject: Exchange Request Name, address and contact details
Order number of existing order
Item, item number and size of existing item
Item, item number and size of new item. You can check this by visiting our web store (store.addmcc.com)
Don't forget to include the proof of purchase in your parcel.
Neatly place the item(s) in a shipping envelope. Garments must be properly folded. Returned items must meet the above requirements or they will be returned to the customer without exchanging them for new items. If we determine that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, an additional return shipping charge will be charged to the original payment source to return the item to you. Using an insured courier delivery service with signature confirmation when sending back your return is recommended. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Exchanged item(s) are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.
Is there a deadline for returning an item or submitting a claim?
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must also be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must equally be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. A return label will be sent to you via email.
How are product quality problems handled?
Any returns or problems that occur due to an error on our part will be handled at our expense. This includes misprinted, damaged, and defective items. Be sure to submit a claim within 30 days of receipt. Please contact email@example.com. A return label will be sent to you via email.
Can I return items that were wrongly sent to me?

Can I exchange a product that doesn't fit me?
Please keep in mind that returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of management. Customers who would like to exchange a product that does not fit properly can do so within the US. We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders. We will honor an exchange for the same item of a different size. The additional postage fee will however be charged to the customer. Please be aware that a size chart is included on the web page of every garment we sell. Please consult the size charts to decrease the chance of returns.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
We currently do not offer exchanges for different items.

All returned items must include their original packing slip and/or order receipt. Once we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be forwarded to you.
For all other countries, the return address depends on where you live. We will inform you once we receive your details.
Can I return a gift?
We currently do not offer items as gifts. This may change in the future. Due to international shipping practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as a "Gift" on customs forms.
Who pays for postage when I return an item?
If you are returning damaged or defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping both nationally and internationally. If you are returning merchandise that was wrongly (i.e. wrong item, wrong size) sent to you, we will also pay the cost of return shipping both nationally and internationally. In all other cases, you will have to pay the postage charge. Please include your purchase and shipping receipt if you are returning a shipped order. Important: Please contact customer service (email@example.com) for any return and exchange inquiry before returning an item.
What if my return is lost in the mail?
No refunds will be issued for items not received by our returns department. We therefore recommend you use a traceable shipping method to insure successful delivery.
