Shipping prices vary based on the content and final destination. Weight, dimension, and size may affect the total shipping cost on certain items. To calculate your shipping charge, please select and add all the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Select the shipping method and shipping destination and the total charge including the shipping cost will be shown. No credit card information is required to view the total charge. Once you are ready to proceed, enter the credit card details and address and submit the order.
Delivery Time / Shipping Speeds
All products are either shipped from California, USA or from Riga, Latvia depending on the final destination. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after they have been placed. The delivery times listed below include the time it takes to process, package and ship an order to its final destination. They are estimates and may vary. All standard orders are serviced by your local post office for final delivery. All expedited orders are usually serviced by the selected courier delivery services companies such as FedEx and UPS. Tracking / Tracking Numbers
A tracking number is a series of numerals allocated to individual parcels to keep a record of where parcels are once they are shipped. Parcels can be tracked by senders and recipients through an online tracking service. A tracking number is available for all domestic shipments within the US at no extra charge. It is also available for shipments to Canada and to other international destinations at a surcharge depending on the shipping option selected. All courier delivery services use tracking numbers at no extra charge.
Packages in transit may be delayed due to a number of reasons including weather conditions, high demand during seasonal festivities, or issues with your local customs office regardless of the shipment method. We have no impact on and are not responsible for these delays.
International Shipping and Custom
Should the delivery time take longer than expected, please check your tracking number first using the online tracking system provided by the delivery service you selected when you submitted the order. Should you not have a tracking number, contact customs or your local postal service as your order may be delayed for inspection or duties/taxes. This is applicable to all international shipping methods. Customers shipping to destinations outside the US, Canada and the European Union are responsible for paying all the costs associated with importing the order, including taxes, import fees and/or duties that are levied by the governments. They will be billed to you by the delivery service fulfilling your shipment. Be aware that the listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only. We advise you check with your local customs office for exact details before you place your order. You should also be aware that the items you order are not prohibited by embargo or international restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state. Again, please check with your local customs office in regards to import laws before you place your order.
Due to International Shipping laws/restrictions, we are not able to ship specific items such as lighters or other flammable items internationally.

I entered a wrong address - what now?
In some scenarios, the local post or delivery service is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made when entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to the fulfillment center, and we will notify you once it is back in our possession. You will need to confirm the updated and correct address within 30 days and pay the additional charge for reshipping the package. Should you become aware of a mistake while the parcel is still being processed or in transit, please contact the courier delivery services company quoting the tracking number. We will try to help but cannot be held responsible in case the parcel is returned.
